These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through aryadibusiness.com and related Aryadi Business portals or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy. Material booking-fee and cancellation rules are also shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.
(a) The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and schedule facility management, maintenance, repair, and related services with independent third-party service providers ("Service Professionals"). Aryadi Business Pvt. Ltd. facilitates the transfer of payments to Service Professionals and collects payments on their behalf.
(b) Aryadi Business does not provide the field services itself and is not responsible for their provision. Service Professionals are solely liable for the services they offer. Aryadi Business does not employ Service Professionals, nor are they agents, contractors, or partners of Aryadi Business, except where expressly stated.
(c) The Platform is for your personal and non-commercial use only, and is intended for use within India.
(d) The Services are made available under various brands owned by or licensed to Aryadi Business and its affiliates.
(e) A key part of the Services is Aryadi Business's ability to send you text messages, emails, or WhatsApp messages in connection with your bookings or as part of promotional strategies. You may opt out by contacting info@aryadibusiness.com, though this may impact service delivery.
(f) In certain instances, you may be required to furnish identification proof to avail services. Failure to comply may result in inability to use the Services.
(a) To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the Platform, for which you may need to provide details including your phone number.
(b) You warrant that all information furnished in connection with your Account is and shall remain accurate and true. You agree to promptly update your details in the event of any change.
(c) You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account and agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach.
(d) You are liable for all activities that take place through your Account. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access.
(e) You agree to receive communications from us regarding payments, information about the Services, promotional offers, and other matters related to the Services.
(a) Our Platform may contain features that allow users to post, upload, or submit comments, reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other content ("User Content").
(b) We may request reviews from you about Service Professionals. You must not knowingly provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
(c) You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, publish, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with the Services.
(d) You hereby waive any claims arising out of any moral rights relating to the User Content.
(e) Aryadi Business may, without notice, remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms.
(a) You agree that we may collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(b) You consent to us sharing your information with affiliates or third-party service providers for the provision of Services, analytics, and trend identification.
(c) We may be directed by law enforcement or government bodies to disclose data in relation to you in connection with criminal or civil proceedings.
(a) Orders: The Platform permits you to request Services for a date and preferred time window of your choosing (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Exact arrival is confirmed when a Service Professional accepts. We use reasonable efforts to match a professional available in your area for that window.
(b) Confirmation: Once you place a request and pay the booking fee, we confirm fee receipt via email (and SMS / push where enabled) and begin technician search. Remaining payment for the service becomes due after assignment / approved quote as shown in your booking thread.
(c) Cancellations: If you cancel from the app before the cutoff (about 60 minutes before your visit window starts), the booking fee is credited temporarily to your Aryadi wallet (valid 30 days). We do not automatically refund to your bank or UPI. If Aryadi Business cancels, the fee is likewise credited to your wallet first. For an actual cash / bank refund, email info@aryadibusiness.com with booking and transaction details for manual review. Additional service amounts already paid are handled case-by-case under our cancellation policy.
(d) Substitution: In case of unavailability of a selected Service Professional, we will offer a substitute from among our registered professionals.
(a) Aryadi Business reserves the right to charge you for the different Services and/or facilities you avail on the Platform.
(b) Booking fee & visit charge: An upfront booking fee is charged online to confirm your booking; the amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Smaller orders may include a visit charge of ₹79 for the professional’s travel (paid 100% to them). This is not charged when the item total is above ₹400. The booking fee is adjusted against your final bill after service or approved quote.
(c) Charges and Fees: You shall pay the amount indicated at the time of booking / quote approval, including additional services availed, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Service Professional, and goods required for the Service. Remaining due = final bill − amounts already paid (including the booking fee).
(d) Payments may be made via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, or cash on completion where offered. We reserve the right to modify available payment modes.
(e) Taxes: All Charges and Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
(f) Eligible cancelled booking fees are credited to Aryadi wallet first (valid 30 days), not auto-refunded to bank/UPI. To request a cash refund of wallet credit, email info@aryadibusiness.com with booking and payment details. Other eligible amounts follow our cancellation policy and law.
(g) Payment Processors: We may use third-party payment processors. Processing of payments will also be subject to the terms and policies of such processors.
(a) Aryadi Business prohibits discrimination against Service Professionals on any basis protected under applicable law, including race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age.
(b) We request that you treat all Service Professionals with courtesy and respect, and provide them with a safe, clean, and appropriate location to perform the Services.
(c) You agree that you will be liable for discriminating against Service Professionals or failing to provide them an appropriate working environment.
(d) In the event a Service Professional behaves inappropriately, you shall report such incident to info@aryadibusiness.com within 48 hours.
(a) You represent and warrant that all information you provide in relation to the Services is complete, true, and correct, and shall remain so while you avail the Services.
(b) You shall extend all cooperation to us in our defence of any proceedings initiated against us due to a breach of your obligations under these Terms.
(c) You shall not use the Services except as expressly permitted. Without limitation, you shall not:
(a) All rights, titles, and interest in the Services are owned by or licensed to us. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.
(b) Any Feedback you provide may be freely used, copied, disclosed, and exploited by us without payment of royalty or prior consent.
(c) Nothing in these Terms confers any right in, or licence to, our or any third party's intellectual property rights beyond what is expressly stated.
(a) The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory.
(b) We are merely a Platform connecting you with Service Professionals. We are not liable for fulfilment of bookings, performance of Services by any Service Professional, or any acts or omissions of Service Professionals.
(c) We do not guarantee or warrant the reliability, quality, or suitability of any Service Professional.
(d) In no event shall Aryadi Business be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services.
(e) To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand).
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Aryadi Business, its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any claim, demand, losses, liabilities, and costs arising out of your access to or use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any violation by a third party using your Account.
(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms.
(b) Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Aryadi Business. The language of arbitration shall be English.

(a) Changes to Terms: These Terms are subject to revisions at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
(b) Severability: If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
(c) Assignment: You shall not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to affiliates or subsidiaries without notice.
(d) Notices: All notices to us under these Terms shall be sent to info@aryadibusiness.com.
(e) Force Majeure: We shall have no liability if we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by events beyond our reasonable control.
